Priority areas: creation of a comfortable living environment, culture, education, ecology and sports. The main criterion for granting a subsidy is the guarantee of social effect.
– This year we have intensified our work with applicants, we have attracted a large number of experts. They will not only evaluate the applications, but also, together with the authors, help finalize the projects. This is our main task: to help caring citizens implement their ideas,” explains program director Yarina Sugakova.
The “Cities of Origin” competition of the Gazprom Neft company has been held with the support of the Omsk oil refinery since 2013. During this time, more than 200 participants received financial and expert assistance.
– Through subsidies, our company not only supports social initiatives, but also contributes to the self-realization of the residents of Omsk. When people themselves participate in the transformations, the effect of the activity becomes much more tangible and lasting. A large number of Omsk projects that received subsidies are developed independently,” said Oleg Belyavsky, general director of the company.
The winners of the competition will be determined in February 2024 based on the results of the public defense of the projects.
