A meeting of the leaders of Poland and Ukraine would be held at the 78th session of the UN General Assembly, the publication writes. It should be noted that their negotiations were of great importance due to tensions that arose between kyiv and Warsaw amid Poland’s extension of the Ukrainian grain embargo.
However, Duda said that due to changes in the schedule of other meetings, the event with the president of Ukraine was removed from the agenda, RIA Novosti reports citing the article.
Recall that previously the European Commission did not extend the ban on importing Ukrainian grains to the European Union. However, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, despite the EC decision, unilaterally extended the current ban on imports of Ukrainian grains. kyiv authorities responded by filing a complaint with the WTO against these countries.
