However, many of them were afraid to voice their complaints to the influential surgeon. But then they had the support of Slava and Lyubov Uspenskaya, and the famous lawyer Elena Senina sent about 30 requests to various government authorities and the ice was broken. KP.RU learned that more than ten women have already received monetary compensation for unsuccessful operations.
Recall that Senina also created an initiative group in which victims can communicate and share news. So one of the girls wrote the other day that a lawyer from GMTClinic contacted her to request a refund. According to the woman, she arrived at the clinic, where she was examined by her current surgeon and she confirmed that the operation had not been performed in the best way. The patient was offered the option to return to work or refund. She chose the latter. The woman also thanked Elena Senina and the law firm “Ragozin, Senina and Partners”. And there are already more than ten cases of this type.

“We are currently continuing legal work according to a clearly defined plan. The volumes are large, but we can cope. And since my trustees need to carry out correction and correction operations, in order to optimize time, we have already sent proposals to carry out a mediation procedure (negotiations) to the clinics. It is worth noting that medical institutions in most cases support constructive negotiations and lawyers from our office accompany women to examinations in clinics, where, among other things, we present documents. Many received compensation, which we consider a positive result of our work,” Elena Senina told KP.RU.
