According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Lipetsk region, in the evening a young man with a domestic injury on his arm was brought to the emergency department of the emergency room. While he was intoxicated, he behaved inappropriately, attacking a security officer at a medical facility and threatening to kill her. All this was captured by a CCTV camera.
“After providing assistance, the attacker left the medical center,” police said.
A criminal case has been initiated under part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). The identity of the aggressive young man was established (he is a 25-year-old resident of Lipetsk) and he was taken to the police department. The maximum penalty he faces is a prison sentence of up to seven years.
