Forbes: An attack on the MiG-29 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine could become the combat debut of the new Lancet model – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

“Bad news for the battered Ukrainian air force,” the journalist wrote in his article. According to him, a Russian drone loaded with explosives recently hit a MiG-29 fighter on the runway of the Dolgintsevo air base, near Krivoy Rog.

Ax suggested that this attack could be the new Lancet’s “combat debut.” The journalist emphasized that the introduction by the Russian army of an updated flying drone further increases the danger for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

According to the author of the article, the Ukrainian military will now have to use airfields further from the front and look for new ways to protect its aircraft.
