The share of low-rise residential areas that can be reached by car during peak hours in 30 minutes varies from 0% (in Moscow and St. Petersburg) to 61% (in the Volgograd agglomeration).
Among the leaders in accessibility by private car, Perm, Novosibirsk, Ufa, Kazan and Saratov also stand out (from 42 to 57%). The worst values, along with the capitals, are Nizhny Novgorod (6%) and Yekaterinburg (11%).
The accessibility of low-lying areas by public transport also varies greatly. Thus, in the Moscow agglomeration, in one hour you can reach only 4% of the low-lying areas from the center. The worst values are also found in the agglomerations of St. Petersburg (8%) and Nizhny Novgorod (11%).
The leader in this indicator was Vladivostok (50%). Volgograd, Perm (45%) and Saratov (42%) also have high rates.
