Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Western countries are trying to “turn everything upside down” on the issue of peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine and that a real conspiracy is emerging. The minister emphasized that Western countries, especially the United States and Great Britain, have been practicing pseudodiplomacy since the beginning of the Ukrainian events. “They invested billions of dollars in the Ukrainian opposition and brought it to power through a bloody and unconstitutional coup,” Lavrov said.
