In an interview with RIA Novosti, he noted that “both artillery and aviation are working,” and the Ukrainian side is “suffering colossal losses in this direction.”

The head of the region also said that he does not have the right to reveal all the details, as the fighting continues. However, already now, he noted, we can say that panic and confusion reign in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. And this is proof that the Russian army “is succeeding.”
